The Pax Ludens Foundation
Pax Ludens provides meaningful ways for people and organisations to better grasp complex environments. We do this by developing training programmes, doing research and providing support in process management. Central to our approach is the philosophy that personal experience and elements of 'play' are essential for effective learning. Our activities create new insights, develop skills and inspire behavioural change. Decision-making simulation exercises are our most well-known example of this philosophy.
Pax Ludens is supported by a network of experts in various fields. Depending on the issue at hand, experts can be called upon to help and provide input. We are active in many fields, including:
- Good Governance in fragile states;
- Crisis management;
- Conflict sensitivity;
- Cyber security;
- International Relations;
- Sustainable Development.
