Scenario-planning and strategy formation for public professionals
For groups of up to 20 participants, this three-day workshop provides a practical experience in the development of policy based on the analysis of possible future events and their outcomes. The training gives participants an insight into the future of the Netherlands and possible developments they are likely to face in their day-to-day work.

Our workshop enables you to gain practical knowledge about scenario-planning and strategy formation. It will allow you to enhance your decision-making processes and contribute to the organization's resiliency. Our hands-on approach lets you address key issues that are confronting your work environment, such as: the ongoing credit crisis, international security, public policy and so forth.
This workshop has been developed by the Netherlands Institute for International Relations Clingendael and Pax Ludens.
The workshop is taught in Dutch and takes place from 11-13 May, 2011.
