Good governance

Working in fragile environments, organizations are often confronted - either internally or externally - with issues of governance. Often constituting the key impediment to sustainable peace, a lack of governance hampers service delivery and negates development.

Pax Ludens has developed several good governance programmes to help (non-)governmental organizations manage and gain insight into these structural impediments in order to spur innovation and achieve better outcomes. In our efforts to create new insight, skills and behaviour in regards to good governance, we often work together with organizations, such as: The Hague Center for Strategic Studies and the Hague Academy for Local Governance.
